EnhancePhoto ("EnhancePhoto," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered image generation, image editing, templates, account history, credits, subscriptions, and related creative tools at enhancephoto.org (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information when you use the Service.

You may browse public pages without an account. An account is required to generate images, keep creation history, continue editing, and manage credits, subscriptions, or billing.

2. Information We Collect and Process

Depending on how you use EnhancePhoto, we may process:

• Account information — such as your name, email address, authentication provider, profile image, account preferences, verification status, and session information.
• Creative content — such as prompts, uploaded or referenced images, editing instructions, selected models, output settings, generated results, templates, and creation history.
• Billing and credit information — such as your plan, orders, subscriptions, credit balance, transaction status, and payment-provider references. Payment providers process payment-card details; EnhancePhoto does not store complete card numbers.
• Technical and usage information — such as IP address, browser and device information, pages and features used, timestamps, logs, error reports, performance information, and anti-abuse signals.
• Communications — such as support emails, tickets, feedback, and attachments you send to us.
• Cookies and similar technologies — used for authentication, session management, security, language and theme preferences, analytics, and core product functionality.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• Provide image generation, image editing, templates, downloads, account history, credits, subscriptions, and billing features.
• Authenticate users, maintain sessions, verify accounts, and support account recovery.
• Send prompts, uploaded images, and required settings to AI service providers so they can process your requested generation or edit.
• Process purchases, credit grants, renewals, cancellations, and related support requests.
• Operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
• Screen prompts and outputs, detect fraud, prohibited content, automated misuse, security incidents, and attempts to bypass product limits.
• Respond to support requests and communicate important service or policy changes.
• Measure product usage and performance where analytics is enabled.

Where applicable, we process information to perform our agreement with you, comply with legal obligations, protect legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, or based on your consent.

4. AI Processing and Service Providers

EnhancePhoto relies on third-party providers for services such as AI model inference, cloud hosting, file storage, authentication, email delivery, payments, analytics, security, and customer support.

Prompts may first be transmitted to safety and payment-compliance providers, including Creem, for mandatory pre-generation screening. Prompts, uploaded images, and generation settings may then be transmitted to the AI provider selected for your task, and generated outputs may be sent to image-safety providers for review. Providers may process information in countries other than your own and may apply their own technical, safety, and retention practices. Do not upload confidential information, personal data you are not authorized to use, or content that infringes another person's rights.

We share only the information reasonably necessary for providers to perform services for us. EnhancePhoto does not sell your prompts or uploaded images to advertisers.

Your generation history and outputs remain available only in your EnhancePhoto account. EnhancePhoto does not publish user generations in public galleries or marketing pages. Downloads may include a EnhancePhoto watermark when no paid credit balance remains; users with remaining paid credits can download without that watermark.

5. How Information May Be Shared

We may disclose limited information:

• To service providers that operate the Service on our behalf.
• When required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
• To protect the rights, safety, and security of EnhancePhoto, our users, or the public.
• To investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our Terms of Service.
• In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account history, process billing, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and protect the security of EnhancePhoto and its users.

Account-related prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, and history may remain available until you delete eligible content, close your account, or request deletion. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or be retained for security, accounting, tax, dispute-resolution, or legal-compliance purposes.

Third-party AI, storage, payment, or analytics providers may apply their own retention periods to information processed on our behalf.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, and monitoring intended to reduce unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Use a strong password, protect your login methods, and avoid uploading sensitive material that is not necessary for your creative task.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may be able to:

• Access or correct account information.
• Download generated outputs available through your account.
• Delete eligible history or close your account where those controls are available.
• Request access to, correction of, export of, restriction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
• Object to or withdraw consent for certain processing where applicable.
• Control cookies through your browser and available product settings.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Some information may be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

9. International Data Transfers

EnhancePhoto and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and handle international transfers according to applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to EnhancePhoto, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
